Signs of Pelvic Floor Strength

When your pelvic floor is strong enough and functions well you:

  • Never leak any urine when you sneeze, cough, laugh, blow your nose, lift, shout, jump, run or exercise
  • Never need to rush to the loo and you always manage to fully hold on until you get there
  • Don’t have to wear a pad or a liner as protection from leakage
  • Can successfully control wind, solids or liquid stool
  • Don’t usually feel heaviness or pressure upon your pelvic floor
  • Don’t experience vaginal wind when exercising swimming or during sex
  • Find that your tampon always stays in place
  • Enjoy great sex with lots of sensation and strong orgasms
  • Don’t have hemorrhoids or prolapse
  • Are free from regular bladder or vaginal infections
  • Feel sexy and confident during sex due to the tightness of your vagina and great bladder and anal control

If you have found that you are not experiencing all of the above your quality of life is being compromised by your pelvic floor.

Pelvic floor weakness and associated long term problems can be prevented, reversed or improved. Being pro-active in pelvic floor health means easier reversal of existing issues and effective prevention or problems.
