We made enrolment as easy as possible for you. Here is what to do:

  • Select your course date from the schedule below
  • To secure your place with a $50 deposit click the "pay now" button
  • For bank transfers, cheque or money orders please contact us
  • You will receive a confirmation email and a pre-course questionnaire
  • The balance of the course fee is due on the first day of the course in cash

 

Refunds/Transfers
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Group Bookings
Book and pay for 4 ladies and get the 5th course for FREE. Private group sessions are available on request.

Includes a program booklet, pelvic floor training CD and 2 ultrasound scans
